Description: We will walk along the Tahoe-Pyramid Bikeway that runs through the park and along the Truckee River.  There are many Cottonwoods, which attract Magpies & Jays, while the river and banks have a nice mix of Ducks, Common and Barrow’s Goldeneye, and Mergansers.  There is a good chance of seeing Sparrows, Chickadees, Wrens, Woodpeckers, Raptors, and Dippers.  We may see Great Horned Owl, Thrush, and Bluebirds as well.
