Rancho San Rafael Field Trip

We will start by walking through the Arboretum where we will find Warblers, Sparrows, Jays, Chickadees, Vireos, Flycatchers, and maybe a Cooper’s or Sharpie. On Herman’s Pond we should find Waterfowl, Blackbirds, Swallows, and possibly Rail and Sora.

About the event

We will start by walking through the Arboretum where we will find Warblers, Sparrows, Jays, Chickadees, Vireos, Flycatchers, and maybe a Cooper’s or Sharpie.  On Herman’s Pond we should find Waterfowl, Blackbirds, Swallows, and possibly Rail and Sora.  Then we will cross under McCarran Blvd to the Nature Trail and into Evans Canyon looking for Owls, Orioles, Warblers, Sparrows, and Flycatchers.
